Hospitals United for Sick Kids

For kids in hospital, it can be a long journey home. To confront this problem, hospitals Australia-wide united to fund treatments to get them all home sooner - all illnesses, all injuries, all hospitals. That was the mission, but it was also the problem. Because studies show as the number of children in need increases, the empathy we feel for them decreases.
So, instead of asking people to feel empathy for all kids, we asked them to empathise with just one - Blip, a vulnerable, childlike creature who is far from home and will do anything to get back there.
"Lightyears From Home" is the one story shared by all kids in hospital.
