Les Mill has yet again shown how attention to design and understanding users can contributed to the creation of products that have a material business effect.

The SmartStep is another fine example of reimagining a product that serves to underpin a continuation of impressive businesses performance.

This is the second year that Les Mills has been recognised for outstanding business effect through Design, and this in itself is no mean feat and highlights an organisation that pays attention to, and has a rigour in the implementation of Design processes.
