By taking a holistic view of the ecosystem that sits around Apnea sufferers, the design team were able optimise the experience from a number of key perspectives – making life easier for patients and providers alike. They found that half of a healthcare providers time was spent on admin and unnecessary support. The combination of the Check-in and Infosmart app lead to a 30% reduction in time spent setting patients up and following up.
