Judge's comments:

Helping patients retain control is an important aspect of any chronic condition. This project had user research and engagement, prototyping and iteration at it’s core, and delivered a solution that meant patients who used the app had more effective therapy, used their therapy more, and have said it has helped them to lead fuller lives. With patient empowerment the goal and users at the centre of their process, the designers have continued to adopt feedback from patients to hone and improve the app.
