Designed by Studio 11:11, this new headquarters in Ponsonby, Auckland, reflects Founder Toss Grumley’s deep commitment to creativity, excellence, and aspiration.

Conceived as a multifunctional environment, the space seamlessly integrates an art gallery, event venue, and idea-incubator. It showcases a carefully curated collection of local artisan products, finishes, and furniture, each with its own unique story, woven together through a cohesive, narrative-driven design. At the heart of the interior is Toss Grumley’s personal art collection, which anchors the space and cultivates an atmosphere of creative contemplation and meaningful dialogue.

Exceptionally delivered by CASA Construct, the commitment to artisanal making is evident in every detail. Some elements began as abstract ideas rather than specified products, such as the bespoke bookshelves flanked by custom gravel-textured pillars.

The dark walls and custom cabinetry are punctuated by impressive art works, anchoring moments of pause and intrigue throughout.

A series of sliding metal screens around the boardroom provide both flexibility and functionality, allowing modulation of transparency and privacy as required. During events, the screens and glass doors retract, opening the floor plan to create a spacious, unified environment, with a single marble column serving as a striking central focal point.
