Loveless Friday’s new Ponsonby showroom reimagines what a jewellery retail space can be. With their office and dispatch hub now upstairs, the ground floor was transformed into a destination — part store, part installation — designed to stop passersby and draw them into the brand’s world.
Anchored by a minimal, monotone pink palette, the space blurs the line between gallery and retail. From the oversized ear sculpture in the window to walls lined with silicone display ears, every detail invites curiosity and interaction. A central brushed aluminium and velvet table presents each piece like artwork, while blush drapes and soft zoning lead toward the in-house piercing studio.
More than a place to shop, this is a retail experience designed to be seen, shared, and remembered.
