Microsoft House Plaza represents an adaptive reuse strategy and spatial reconfiguration of an existing commercial plaza space to redefine a verdant, vibrant visual identity and establish a destination that supports new commercial and placemaking experiences within the broader Viaduct X Victoria precinct where Auckland meets the sea.
