Judge's comments:

The Sir Paul Reeves Building stitches together four existing buildings through a series of physical connections, reclamation of a narrow back street and quality public space activating its edges. The two volumes - one taller, the other wrapping along Mayoral Drive, demonstrate a sensitivity for the existing environment, quietly drawing the strands of the campus together in an utterly cohesive manner.
