A thoughtful act of city-making that works at each scale, and which forges both new urban connections while unlocking internal circulation through the existing spaces. The new laneway activates the neglected city spaces around it, successfully combining destination and thoroughfare. This project is as programmatically successful, as it is spatially and tectonically.
