This made a number of the judges cry. We thought the student displayed great courage and empathic to work in this space. It shines a light into the trauma unacceptable odds that children of imprisoned people face, and focuses on contributing to setting children on a different path to break the cycle of offending, We were impressed by the ambition, but also the acknowledgement that this is one contribution to a larger context of change that we need to face as a society
