Description:

Red Flags is designed to create a fun learning environment for discussing topics surrounding sexuality and sexual health. It serves as a tool schools can use to encourage reflection and open communication. Red Flags revolves around three carefully curated decks of cards: Let's Talk Sex, Let's Talk Relationships, and Let's Talk Situations. Each deck features scenarios and questions related to various aspects of sexual education to encourage students to engage in thought provoking discussions prompted by these cards. This allows students to gain additional insight into their own decision making process when it comes to being with a partner. The card decks cater to a diverse range of ages, sexual orientations, and levels of knowledge.

By answering questions, voting, and sharing ideas, students have the opportunity to explore their own attitudes towards sexuality. This enables them to challenge preconceived notions, and expand their knowledge in a supportive and non-judgmental setting.

The interactive nature of the game successfully infuses excitement into the learning process. This blend of fun and education helps break down barriers and encourages students to approach discussions about sexual education with an open mind. In a schooling setting where discussions surrounding sexual education often remain taboo, it is crucial to create platforms that facilitate healthy dialogue and foster understanding.

By engaging with Red Flags, students can overcome the discomfort associated with these conversations and build a foundation of knowledge that empowers them to make informed decisions, and form healthy relationships. It has the potential to change the way we approach discussions about sexuality in schools.
