Judge's comments:

As a design community, we applaud inclusive design that allows people to enjoy functional levels of participation they couldn't achieve before. This idea takes participation to a new level, beyond what hearing impaired people may expect or even think they are entitled to; to a level that they may not realise they were missing. The current design iteration relies on fairly expensive tech - which could undermine the accessibility - however technology tends to democratise over time. A great idea.
