Description:

In high-performance cycling, every second counts. especially in time trialling and triathlon. There is a growing disparity between those with custom-fit components and those without.
Forma cycling aero-bars address this by offering a custom-fit solution without the price tag, consisting of a fully adjustable and adaptable, user-centred design.

Unlike traditional single-mould carbon aero-bar constructions, just focusing on product aerodynamics and generic ergonomics.

Forma prioritizes user-specific ergonomics, enabling better fit, performance, and adaptability. This approach provides the versatility that rigid, single construction products can't match, while maintaining affordability and resale value without the drawbacks of custom composite parts.

Forma’s Key Advantages:
- Equipment adapts to the rider; not the other way around.
- Greater ergonomic adjustment range broadens user suitability.
- Allows cyclists to find their optimal aerodynamic position for maximum performance.

Forma introduces a range of features to prompt a versatile fit for any user.
- Mounting interface with a pivotal range of 15–30 degrees.
- The central extension plate offers 72 different arrangements via segmented holes.
- Dual rotational pivot points from the interface to the extension for side-to-side movement. A feature not available in most systems.
- A secondary rotational element within the grip for improved comfort and steering control.
- A supportive wrist system within the grip.
An assembly with M6 bolts for easy part replacement and easier third-party customization.
- Shim system for compatibility with a wider range of basebars. Converting between M5 and M6 interfaces with ease.

With three-axis adjustability and a variable extension profile, Forma can fit any rider. No matter the set-up.

Forma combines proven, safe materials; metal-based 3D printing, 3D-printed PA6 Nylon, and mould-forged carbon fiber, whilst introducing new manufacturing techniques as viable options for high-performance cycling products.

The extensive adaptability reduces production waste and extends product life. Instead of full replacement, users can repair and customize individual parts, promoting sustainability through repairability and user-motivated adaptation, contrasting fully custom composite parts that are non-repairable and designed for specific systems.
