With a passion for nutrition and a deep understanding of the importance of key nutrients for bone and muscle health, Go Dairy & Co was born. My journey began with a personal struggle—experiencing the effects of lactose intolerance first-hand. The bloating, nausea, and abdominal pain significantly impacted my quality of life and daily mood. It was this struggle that fuelled my determination to find a solution that caters to the needs of lactose-intolerant individuals.

As a rhythmic gymnast that had the opportunity to travel to Europe I was exposed to a vibrant dairy sector. Unprocessed dairy products and their health benefits left a lasting impression, igniting a passion for creating dairy products that combine tradition, innovation, and health.

Harnessing New Zealand's thriving dairy industry, Go Dairy & Co aims to tap into this robust industry to bring novel low-lactose dairy products to the market. The rise of lactose intolerance among consumers has hindered the growth of the global dairy snack market, leaving lactose-intolerant individuals with limited indulgent options.
