Our riders often seek a more comfortable, easy-to-ride, full step-through bike. Many are returning to cycling after a long break and find the advancements in e-bike technology, including rider assistance, unfamiliar. This lack of familiarity with gear shifting can accelerate wear and tear on gear and chain components, leading to higher maintenance costs and frequent repairs. Additionally, maintaining a constant pedal speed of around 70 rpm is crucial for optimizing e-bike battery efficiency. Proper gear shifting is essential in achieving this consistent pedal speed, ultimately enhancing the battery life and overall performance of our riders' e-bikes. By ensuring a smooth and efficient ride, we aim to make cycling more enjoyable and cost-effective in the long term for our riders.

To address the evolving needs of our riders, Sinch has introduced the new Force EZ Belt, a state-of-the-art automatic shifting, comfortable SUV e-bike designed for daily use and exploration. This sporty e-bike is perfect for outdoor adventures, staying active, and commuting. It features Enviolo stepless automatic technology, which ensures a consistent pedaling pace with powered rider assistance up to 45 km/h. The Enviolo automatic shifting technology, paired with a Gates Belt drive, elevates the ride experience by managing gear shifting for the rider and reducing maintenance to less than one-third of a standard chain drive system.

Crafting the full step-through suspension frame for the Force EZ Belt was our most significant challenge. It demanded designing new tube shapes and optimizing suspension kinematics to provide the necessary strength for off-road riding while maintaining easy step-through access. This required innovative engineering to ensure durability, stability, and comfort for our riders.
The custom-tuned RockShox front and rear suspension provides unmatched comfort in its class, absorbing shocks and ensuring a smooth ride over varied terrains.

Powered by the latest Bosch smart system technology, the bike includes an internal, removable Bosch PowerTube 625 battery. For those longer journeys, the range can be extended up to 875Wh with the addition of the PowerMore 250, ensuring long-lasting power and reliability.

Every aspect of the Force EZ Belt has been thoughtfully designed. The bike is equipped with fully integrated powerful lighting solutions for enhanced visibility, alloy fenders to protect against splashes, an MIK rear carrier for added convenience, and a kickstand for easy parking. Every touchpoint, including the dropper seat post, saddle, and grips, is meticulously designed with our riders’ comfort in mind.
