Description:

Concept design creativity and innovation
With a number of world firsts, Miele’s latest H 7860 BP oven is making cooking simpler and more intuitive than ever before. Sophisticated Miele technology enables users to keep an eye on what’s cooking via their mobile device and, if necessary, even adjust cooking times and temperatures remotely.
Two of the Miele key innovations and World Firsts in this oven are FoodView and Taste Control.
FoodView is an integrated camera which transmits images of the food in the oven to the users mobile device. The oven is the first pyrolytic oven in the world which includes a camera in the roof of the oven cavity. The camera relays images in HD quality to a mobile device. This allows the current state of the food to be assessed and temperatures and times to be tweaked remotely.
TasteControl is the function where the oven door is opened automatically at the end of a programme, a cooling fan sets in reducing the temperature in the oven fast, and then switches to keep warm mode to keep the food at optimum temperature without overcooking.

Fit for purpose and ergonomics
Miele’s intuitive M Touch controls feature a multi-coloured TFT display which provides full text information on all available functions and settings. For added convenience, the oven is also WiFi-enabled and can be connected with a compatible mobile device via the Miele@mobile App., which includes more than 1,200 international recipes. The oven has 16 basic cooking functions, more than 100 automatic cooking programmes and is supplied with a wireless roast probe food thermometer. Numerous settings can be personalized and adjusted to suit individual preferences, and up to 20 different cooking programmes can be entered into the oven’s memory and saved as user programmes for repeated use.

Aesthetics/Appearance and style
From the outside, the Miele H 7860 BP is a perfect match to other appliances in Miele’s latest Generation 7000 range. The new VitroLine design dispenses with any form of stainless steel and is available in obsidian black, brilliant white and graphite grey. The solid metal handle incorporates a precisely finished glass insert in the colour of the oven door.
Thanks to its intuitive M Touch controls, the oven features a flush fascia panel without any protruding control elements.

Technical resolution, sustainability and quality

The product does not only comply with all mandatory safety requirements, but includes a number of additional features designed to protect the user from harm, such as a time-controlled automatic safety switch-off and an electronic system lock, which is designed to prevent unauthorised use.
The choice of materials and application of processes during the manufacture are aimed at minimising the impact on the environment as far as possible, without compromising the product’s core functionality, durability and operational safety.
Residual heat utilisation automatically switches the heater elements off before a cooking programme is finished, to make full use of the available remaining heat inside the oven cavity to complete the cooking programme.
