At the start of 2023, Delivereasy was New Zealand’s best delivery app that only 1/3 of New Zealanders knew about.
Our challenge was to get through to hungry humans in a market dominated by Uber Eats and their expensive celebrity endorsements.
The client brief: Make a series of entertaining 15" animated films to introduce the world of 'Mouthville' to New Zealand.
These films would be memorable and beautiful and would help build brand recognition for Delivereasy.
This world was minuscule in scale, but magnificent in style. This world would have an irreverent humour and a particular mid-century inspired, jet-set look.
Oh, and all set on a tongue inside someone’s mouth.This campaign has world-class humour and animation acting. It has a beautiful look that is unique and compelling. It's no pixar-clone. It is absurd and entertaining and crafted to an inch of its jet-setting-life.
The animation acting was deliberately stop-motionesque, but alway polished.
The result was something that looks unlike anything else and had a real resonance and impact.
