Description:

For many people, the act of going to sleep at night can be hard. Listening to podcasts, watching videos, and reading are many of the strategies that are used to induce sleep. However, many of these prolong the time spent awake and can minimise the quality of sleep. Luckily, with a good routine most people are able to fall asleep within 15 minutes of lying down and closing their eyes. Quality sleep is linked to better health, improved energy levels, and creating stronger memories.

Shleep fosters good sleeping habits by providing a 12-step program. Over the course of 4 weeks, participants are encouraged to form small habits which by the end of the program create an established sleep routine.

By taking a tongue-in-cheek approach, Shleep allows participants to enjoy the lighter side of forming habits. The meaning of Shleep is conveyed clearly and concisely by taking a minimalist design approach. The sheep motif alludes to a way of falling asleep: counting sheep.
