Born from the rebellious attitude and vibrant energy of New York City, W Hotels has grown to be a global challenger brand known for searching for what’s new and next. In its latest Sydney instalment its turns the conventional hotel experience upside down.

Taking its cues from Sydney’s eclectic urban landscape, BTWN is a new boundary-breaking, palette-pushing, all-day diner and restaurant in Darling Harbour, Sydney.

Located on the third floor of W Sydney, and overlooking a bustling city expressway, BTWN serves up one of the city’s most dynamic urban panoramas.

An almost living gallery where the ebb and flow of passing traffic and views across a vivid skyline form an ever-changing backdrop for culinary innovation. A surprisingly unique vantage that offers an immersive panorama and underscores its connection with the city streets.

Inspired by traffic vernacular and the ever changing backdrop of the expressway outside has inspired a strong, bold and iconic directional graphic language. A distinction custom typographic style reflects the dynamic nature of the locale and the sense of perpetual movement and vitality.

Dark & moody yet vibrant & warm – black and orange colourways reflect the buzz of metropolitan traffic at night.
