Description:
People know Sydney for two landmarks: The Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. Just a short walk from these icons is the waterfront you don't see on postcards.
Sydney’s Western Harbour Precinct is home to parklands, restaurants, museums, and even a fish market. But its diverse experiences each had their own identity each with their own narrative, leaving the precinct feeling disconnected and incohesive.
Enter Whale Tales: a connected art trail of 30 tails, telling 30 tales. The event brings together uniquely-Sydney stories and the unmistakeable shape of a whale’s fins.
It’s a celebration of storytelling through art, with an identity that balances the bold and the beautiful. The elements speak to the idea of stories and the whales themselves – brought to life through a unique logo that reflects both.
The brand positioned Whale Tales as an exciting new chapter in the tale of Sydney’s waterfront. Finally they can tell their story.
