Each year we like to push the creative boundaries when designing and producing our client Christmas gift. 2020 had brought about such uncertainty and we would not have been able to remain resilient last year if it wasn’t for our client relationships. We wanted to say, you helped us grow and now we want to do the same for you. The concept, “grow it forward” became our creative direction, guiding the decisions behind our gift. For us, the Pohutukawa tree represented this, a spirited tree, flourishing despite the odds.

Firstly, We gifted a small packet of Pohutukawa seeds to our clients. The comfort of new beginnings were just around the corner and these were reminding them that something small could flourish into something bright.

In the New Year, we then chose to gift a small Pohutukawa tree to 50 of our clients, again to give our thanks and offer our continued support as they embarked on the New Year. As for the seeds and card, the tree gift was also designed and produced by our team, end-to-end. We needed to design the structure this tree could be delivered in nationwide, as well as tell the story of “grow it forward”. From the ideation, concept design and prototyping, to producing, sanding, assembling and dispatching, we had complete control and freedom as to the execution of these gifts.

We encouraged our clients to send through their feedback and were overwhelmed with the response that followed, "Wonderful gift – totally on point being sustainable and beautifully packaged, and great story, well done!" We love being able to give back to our clients, supporting their journey towards success just as they have supported ours.
