Description:

Manuka Health was relaunching its brand with a three pillar system: Life, Immunity and Immortality. Representing Honey, Propolis and Royal Jelly.

To coincide with the relaunch , bespoke packaging was commissioned for their new ‘pinnacle’ product - a single source honey from Riminui.

The Riminui package is a Single Origin Mānuka Honey aimed at the premium end of the market. Everything about this pack is bespoke; the soft hexagonal fluted glass jar; the magnetised inner textured paper box designed for in-store display; the outer zip sealed wrap.

When the customer unzips the package, they unlock the three-pillar system displayed on the top of pack. The wrap unfolds like a blossoming flower, revealing an enlarged mānuka flower as seen under UV light, mimicking the bee’s perspective. As the customer progresses through the layers of packaging, the graphics gradually decrease in scale and frequency, more akin to luxury perfume packaging than typical FMCG products.

Print embellishments, including gold foil, embossing, and UV varnish, enhance every component of the package, elevating the overall customer experience.
