Environment Protection Agency

Description:
The EPA needed to rise above the noise in a crowded, science-heavy sector, and now it does. Repositioned as a protector “For life,” the brand puts people, ecosystems and everyday life at the heart of its mission. It reframes the EPA not just as a regulator, but as a guardian of balance between environment and economy.
Visually, it’s bold and flexible. The design system combines macro to micro photography, shifting colour palettes and smart graphic reductions to communicate science and care - all while remaining cost-effective. Grounded in tikanga Māori and shaped in partnership with EPA’s Kaupapa Kura Taiao team, it’s a future-focused brand that’s already changing perceptions inside and out.
