Nestled in the hills of Neutral Bay on Sydney’s lower north shore, Colindia comprises six half-floor residences crowned by a full-floor penthouse at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
Intimate in both design and nature, the distinctive architecture of Colindia presents as a sculpted artform, with curved walls creating a soft and inviting spatial experience. This provided the ideal platform for an equally inviting visual language for the Colindia brand itself.
At the heart of this language was a series of six specially crafted artworks. Each formed part of a carefully curated and seamless visual journey, expressing a key theme from the broader Colinda marketing campaign to potential buyers. These themes were:

06. Crafted to perfection
Using fluid lines and natural hues, the abstract artworks draw parallels between the distinctive architecture and the flowing coastline of Neutral Bay that surrounds it.
They were created in layers with deep ink backgrounds and a gradual building of colour to create a vibrant textured surface. Each features brilliant cobalt blues, inspired by Sydney Harbour, with more muted earthy tones of the surrounding landscape.
Geometric and precise, yet flowing and organic, the artworks contain elegantly thin linework creating detail and intimacy against bold background shapes. Another consistent element across the series is a circular ‘ball’, which always seems to be in motion, leading the eye down the sweeping forms and, in doing so, creating a dynamic and open-ended visual experience for the reader.
In Sydney’s cluttered and fiercely competitive luxury property market, the original artworks have proven a branding masterstroke and a wonderful point of difference. Collectively, they have delivered a refreshingly distinct visual identity for Colinda that no other development can replicate; one that effortlessly translates across the full spectrum of communication elements, from the campaign brochure, printed collateral and digital advertising to framed artworks, gifted as original keepsakes for the six Colindia purchasers.
