Getting Through Together, Whāia E Tātou Te Pae Tawhiti – is a national mental health and wellbeing campaign delivered by Community and Public Health (a division of the CDHB) and the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand.

We concepted and produced the photography based Awhi Mai, Awhi Atu campaign, which encourages kindness, action and connection (manaakitanga and whanaungatanga) by reminding people of the difference this can make to our loved ones and to our own wellbeing too – especially when times are tough.

Awhi Mai, Awhi Atu does this by asking three key questions: Who could you reach out to today? Who always brightens your day? Who do you love being there for? Ultimately, it’s about people knowing we need each other to get through.
