Piper is a collection of 15 meticulously considered homes of the highest calibre. The project is set within the picturesque harbourside of Point Piper; home to beautiful local beaches, lush reserves, and some of the most expensive and exclusive homes in Australia.
The architectural design of Piper can be likened to that of an oyster. Texturally diverse, the earthen outer shell references the architectural envelope, while the interiors present an opportunity for refined intricacies. Echoing Piper’s design approach, our campaign conveyed layered and lustrous details in a visually dramatic way.
The brand idea of ‘Crystalline’ delivers on the oyster reference, with a sensual and opulent aesthetic. Immersive and emotionally evocative, the campaign focuses on the living experience that Piper has to offer. Defined by the main campaign line, “Immersed in life’s beauty”, our strategy across all touch points was to evoke the senses, replicate daily rituals and create an immersive visual spectacular to take their breath away.
We purchased original artwork by Christy Lee Rogers, an internationally acclaimed artist. Her ‘baroque’ style of art aligned with our sensual and dramatic approach, characterised by rich, deep colours and intense shadows.
This was supported by bespoke lifestyle photography by renowned photographer Anson Smart, that captured the fleeting, intimate moments one would experience in and around Piper.
The brochure brings the oyster concept to life – rough on the outside, smooth on the inside. Lavish and rich, the content within is dramatic through pace and design. Cover stock features fine weave linen with debossed bronze foil, contrasted with metallic end pages. High gloss varnish is applied to the centrefold artwork as a dramatic reveal, while fonts are applied in a layered, curated way.
Through powerful imagery, moving language and tactile marketing collaterals, we created a unique experience for our target audience. Captivating and dignified, they culminated in an immersive, true-to-life display suite.
