SoulMate is a premium baked pet food brand using sustainable ingredients from Aotearoa to provide the world’s best high-meat content nutrition for furry family members. We collaborated with them to create a brand that stands out in a category lacking real colour.

SoulMate isn’t just about feeding pets; it’s about celebrating them. Designed to turn heads online, on-shelf, and in-hand, SoulMate draws heavily on contemporary fashion trends with its bright, saturated colours and dynamic patterns. With an eclectic palette of brand colours, this disruptor shakes up the category with a bold, fashion-forward confidence.

Colour plays a crucial role in differentiating between product lines and flavours. For dog food, shades of blue and green evoke a sense of freshness. Meanwhile, cat food turns up the warmth with orange and pink tones, reflecting the playful and vibrant palettes seen in seasonal fashion collections.

Each flavour within the range is accentuated with distinct accent colours, providing a quick visual cue for consumers. This strategic use of colour enhances the shopping experience by making it easier for pet owners to identify their preferred products at a glance.
