Description:
Located in Wiri, South Auckland, Wirihana is the latest development from Avant Group and Te Ākitai Waiohua. Here, masterplanning is free from traditional ideas and confinement - across architecture, neighbourhoods, land and streets. There is a focus on long term values and considerations, emphasis on the natural environment and a commitment to developing a neighbourhood that makes people proud, as an expression of manaakitanga.
With a unique offering of green space, community features and all kinds of architecture for all walks of life, Wirihana is unapologetically “altogether different”.
The colour palette draws on seasons, creating a broad range of colours for extended use. This talks to Wirihana’s natural world design principle and supports change and life. It also cements a common thread in visual communication.
With 400+ homes to sell in the coming years, a switching colour palette has been created to refresh the brand in market, while feeling inherently familiar. Using strong and consistent brand tools, we give buyers a refreshing opportunity to engage with Wirihana by using colour as the key function to represent singular messages.
