Citizen has had the pleasure of working with SGCH since 2017 on their corporate reporting. In 2022 we undertook a brand refresh and implemented the new distinctive look and feel into their Annual Report. As leaders in the community housing sector, SGCH embodies a friendly, community-based and positive identity.

Citizen utilised the brand's refresh, integrating its updated systems and tonality into a package that extended the SGCH service. The solution for the publication was to provide an approach that embraced a fresh and contemporary vision, employing bold colours, sleek graphics, and inviting illustrations.

Placing people and place at the forefront of their business, we highlighted photography and curated case studies throughout the spreads. These elements served to authentically showcase the real-life impact of SGCH's work and further deepen the connection between the organisation and its audience. The front cover's vibrant illustration celebrates the multifaceted and interpersonal connections within the community. An instantly engaging cover which evokes a welcoming and inclusive feel.
