Rusty Raccoon: Taking out the trash is a 3D platformer collectathon heavily inspired by the Super Mario Galaxy games, with a rich focus on level design and how it can be used to introduce new mechanics to the player. This was my capstone project for my final year of University at AUT and was made to help me answer my research question of “How can I use the level design of my game to implement and teach new gameplay mechanics within individual levels of a 3D platformer?”
