Kismet Healthcare transforms the way Australians access private and public healthcare and disability services through a unified digital platform. Tasked with unifying three distinct products: Navigator (CRM), Marketplace, native iOS and Android apps under a single brand and user journey, we partnered with Kismet’s leadership and in-house design teams over a 12-month roadmap.
Beginning with workshops to define the foundations (colour, typography, imagery, and business objectives), and advising on a dedicated photoshoot to populate an ever-growing visual library, the studio then crafted a modular Figma-based design system. Primitive tokens, global and platform-specific components, and a live component changelog enabled real-time collaboration, ensuring every touchpoint remained consistent and development-ready. An advanced search engine quietly aggregates data from multiple healthcare providers, presenting a seamless experience across products.
Accessibility was paramount. High-contrast palettes, semantic markup and screen-reader support achieved WCAG compliance, while UX patterns and micro-interactions guided users effortlessly through complex workflows.
Since launch, organic search volume has increased by 150% and enquiries by 40% in month one, alongside a 30% reduction in development time. Investors and stakeholders gained confidence through weekly Design Showcases and transparent progress updates, even as priorities shifted to support capital-raising milestones. Today, the platform continues to scale, demonstrating sustained business growth, wider equity in healthcare access and a future-proof model for digital health ecosystems.
