After 17 years, the KiwiSaver category saw little in the way of innovation, so Sharesies set out to create a new kind of KiwiSaver Scheme—by offering a radically different way to invest in KiwiSaver.
For the first time in a simple way, everyday Kiwis can easily add individual companies and funds to their investment plan, and have more say in where their future is invested.
It’s one of the largest innovations to KiwiSaver since its introduction, and one designed to fundamentally disrupt the category. Which is exactly what it’s done thanks to a rigorous design process and consistent feedback from people wanting more say in where their future’s invested.
Every day, someone in the Sharesies team calls a new member to say thanks for joining and to ask for feedback.
