Ka u tenei kaupapa ki te manaaki tangata kia kore e riro i te ringa kaha o aitua. This project, to alert and educate people of tsunami risk in Tūranganui-a-Kiwa, the Poverty Bay area, demonstrates an amazing level of engagement for a student project and a very well considered design that draws on a uniquely Māori understanding of earths forces.
